At Tara Botanics, we strive to process and fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our policy guidelines regarding order modifications and cancellations below.

1. Order Cancellation Windows

Orders may be cancelled exclusively before they have been processed or dispatched from our facility. Once an order has left our warehouse and a tracking number has been generated, the shipment cannot be intercepted, recalled, or cancelled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. All requests must include your official Order Number. Please note that submission of a request does not guarantee cancellation, as it is strictly subject to whether processing has already begun.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is received and formally approved before dispatch, the full order amount will be reversed. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your banking institution's processing cycles.

4. Orders Cancelled by Tara Botanics

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion due to operational reasons, including but not limited to:

• Sudden product unavailability or stock discrepancy.
• Obvious pricing typographical errors on the website.
• Transactions flagged as suspected fraud by our payment gateway providers.
• Unforeseen logistical limitations or courier delivery restrictions.

In any such event where we must initiate a cancellation, you will be notified via email, and any payments successfully processed will be refunded to you in full.
